Packaging — and especially single-use packaging made from combinations of plastic and paper — is among the areas that need the most attention. These materials may seem convenient, but they pose a serious environmental challenge: the presence of plastic can render paper non-biodegradable, making the final product difficult — often impossible — to reuse or recycle effectively.
That is why we developed a technology that offers a meaningful answer to this problem. Our resins create a new category of packaging, in which paper and other sustainable substrates replace plastic films without compromising performance.
And our products are fully sustainable by design. They are fully biocompostable — they decompose in nature, returning to the cycle instead of accumulating in it — and they are made almost entirely from renewable, sustainably sourced raw materials. In practice, this means packaging that performs like plastic, yet leaves nothing behind.
